Deposit Amount Is $250.00. Payment accepted for deposit/balance is bank wire transfer, cash and Pay Pal or check. Deposits/balance payments made using Pay Pal has to be made 24 hours in advance due to approval by Pay Pal and buyer will be responsible for a 4% transaction fee (fee could be more if not made with US funds). Final balance is cash at the time of pick up. Will accept personal check, money order or cashier check for final payment but payments needs to be made 30 days prior to puppy’s pick up date for the exact amount plus shipping if required. Seller will NOT work with a third party shipping person.

Before Or At The Time Deposits Are Placed, An Advance Deposit Agreement Must Be Filled Out And Signed By Both Buyer And Seller. The Purpose For This Agreement Is To Assure Buyer That Their Deposit Will Be Returned If There Isn’t A Puppy In The Litter They Like. This Agreement Is A Legal Document And Will Stand Up In Any Court Of Law.

The Purpose Of The Advance Deposits Is To Reserve A Puppy From A Litter That Is Not Born Yet. To Be The First Or Next In Line For The Pick Of The Litter When Litter Does Arrives. Litter Picks Are Given In The Order Deposits Are Placed, For Example, If I Announce That I Am Taking Deposits For The Third Pick Of The Litter, This Means There Are Two Deposits Currently Placed On The Litter. First Place Deposit Would Get First Pick Of The Litter, Then Second Pick And So On.

Once The Litter Is Born, Everyone That Placed An Advance Deposit Will Be Contacted By Email To Announce The Birth Of The Litter. Then At A Later Time Will Be Contacted Again In The Order Deposits Were Received To Schedule A Time To View The Puppies. I Also Provide Good Quality Pictures And Video’s For Those That Cannot View The Puppies In Person. All Advance Deposits Are Required To Make Their Puppy Choice Within The First Ten Days Of Birth.

Advance Deposits Are FULLY REFUNDABLE If The The Color Or Sex Of The Puppy Is Not Correct. Advance Deposits Become NON-REFUNDABLE Once Puppy Is Chosen From The Litter And The Deposit Amount Will Be Deducted From The Balance Owed When Final Payment Is Made Or Puppy Is Picked Up.

If There Isn’t A Puppy In The Litter You Like Or We Don’t Have Enough Puppies In The Litter To Go Around, Anyone That Placed A Deposit Will Have FIRST Opportunity (Before Any New Deposits Are Placed) To Transfer To The Next Up Coming Litter If A Litter Is Scheduled Or Request A Refund. Transfers & Refunds Will Be Handled In The Order They Were Received.

Buyers are required to sign a puppy sales contract and a spay/neuter agreement at the time of purchase. Signing of the spay/neuter agreement does not apply to those that purchased full breeding rights (not required at this time). We often debate amongst ourselves, what is the best guarantee/sales contract. Most people who buy a dog  know that the breed has their own circumstances which may or may not affect them sometime later in their life. We can only hope for the best by making certain that our breeding methods are such that they would only result in a healthier breed of dog. Anyway, the sales contract can be discussed.
